Weekly Coaching Calls

This service is available to Spirit and Muscle Academy students or graduates ONLY. (Click Here to enroll.) Once a week for 12 weeks, 20 minute coaching calls, plus unlimited email and text support, will help you stay motivated to reach your fitness goals. Discuss your health and fitness goals and progress and get your questions answered. By participating you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

As a Christian ministry to the Body of Christ, all products and services are offered as our expression of love and service strictly on a donation basis. All prices are suggested donations. Pray and obey Love not obligation!
